About Perverted Justice Academy

Perverted Justice Foundation, Inc. is pleased to announce the development of our Training and Education Learning Center, where law enforcement officers can learn, free of charge, how to conduct their own Internet child sex predator investigations using the tried and true techniques of one of the most successful anti-predator organizations in the world.

We’ll start with computer basics and finish with you working in a chat room specific to your region, where you'll come into contact with potential predators looking to have sex with children in your jurisdiction. Along the way you'll learn everything you'll need to feel confident in your ability to communicate with a potential predator and in your case file when you present it to your prosecutor.

You'll also be introduced to some of our proprietary software that we use to help track, identify, and collect evidence against a potential child sex predator. Once you complete the training program, you’ll be able to continue using the software to help you make solid cases against Internet predators.

About the TrainingOur training is conducted online in our Learning Center. All classes are presented in an online eLearning format, and all necessary software is readily available to download in the Learning Center. Students may take classes as their own pace, finishing the curriculum as quickly or slowly as they like. Instructors are available online and also via email to answer any questions you may have, and to respond to any concerns.

Our training is always current and relevant. Things change fast on the Internet, and we're quick to adapt both our techniques and training to address these changes. Because we have people in the chat rooms and on the social networking sites every day, we always know what's going on out there. Whether it's a new site or chat service where predators prey on children, or simply changes to the functionality of the many existing sites and chat services predators already use to prey on children, you can bet we're aware of it and have made any necessary changes to our training to keep it up to date.

About the InstructorsThe instructors that will be teaching you are the same ones we use to train our own staff. All of our instructors have years of experience conducting Internet child sex predator investigations. They know how to conduct solid child sex predator investigations not because they read it somewhere, but because it's what they do on a daily basis.

Whether it's chatting with potential predators, tracking down a predator's identity, presenting evidence to a prosecutor, testifying in court, or helping to coordinate a multi-jurisdictional Internet child predator sting, our instructors have done it all.

Why Online Training?We created our training after talking to hundreds of law enforcement officers about what types of Internet child sex predator investigation training is currently available to them, as well as listening to all the positives and negatives associated with each type. Two key issues kept coming up; travel costs and time away from the job.

With our training there are no costs whatsoever to participate. You can take the training from your desk at work or even from your home computer if you wish. And because we chunk our training into individual eLearning courses, you won't have to let your current case load languish while you're away at training for a week at a time.
